3850 managed with warnings on Prime Infrastructure 1.3

I just installed PI 1.3 and have a couple of 3850's that were discovered. One of them is fine and one of them is managed with warnings as follows:

Collection Status Details

Collection Status : Failed feature(s)

feature_cdp

SNMP request timed out

I have compared the configurations or both switches and the switch shows the correct CDP neighbors. How would I go about troubleshooting and fixing this?

If you,re sure SNMP is correct as far as the community string and version, please try increasing the SNMP polling parameters---

Hey Rob, I increased the timeout to 6 seconds but as I suspected, that didn't fix the issue. In fact the other 3850 is now reporting the same issue although I can still see neighbors when I look at the 360 view. One is running 03.02.00SE and the other is 03.02.01SE so I suspect it's an issue with the IOS. Let me know if you have any other ideas as this is the lastest software available.

Not to be a thread necromancer, but we had a similar issue.

There ended up being an ACL on the device we had to add the CPI server to.
