I have had a lot of OOB changes, hardware changes etc. ACLM is a complete mess, and would be better off just dumping the data and starting over. How can I clean it out without having to uninstall and re-installing ACLM 1.6

As far as I know, I guess there is no other way but for unistalling and reinstalling the same.
