Add note to device in cisco prime infraestructure 3.9

I would like to add notes to a device in Cisco Prime Infraestructure 3.9.

Is it possible? Any free typing field associated to the device available for it?

not sure what you looking for, you looking to add some informaiton for your device ?

for example : we have not used device role, so i use that for different purpose, is this what you lookig ?

Now, I'm trying to create a new filed (I've clicked on "+"), filled the fields and saved.

But the new field is not persistent. When I change to another menu and open User Defined Fields again, the information I've just added is gone.
