an issue when login via ssh public-key. i login without password

Hello Engineers , 

I have cisco switch C1000 with IOS 15.2 . and i configure ssh with public-key 

But when i need to login to switch via ssh i enter via private-key and my username and then i login directly to switch 

without enter my password . why is that ? how i can to login must enter my username and password

We need more information to be able to understand your issue. Please post the output of the command show ip ssh. It would be helpful if you post the current running config (with sensitive information obscured). If you do not want to post the complete config then please post the output of these:
