I'm curious as to what everyone's using for watching/filtering syslog messages LIVE. Basically, I'm looking for the self-refreshing real-time equivalent to RME's Syslog Analysis function. I don't want to "upgrade" to LMS 2.5 just yet, so I don't know how well DFM 2.0 may fit this bill. DFM 1.2 wasn't installed because it wasn't satisfactory. Another option is to configure devices to send all syslogs as SNMP traps, but I read somewhere it's not a "best practice".
