Okay, this is an AS5350XM which is not supported until LMS 2.6 SP1. Therefore, you need to upgrade to CS 3.0.6, RME 4.0.6, and Campus 4.0.10 to get support.

There is no LMS 2.3. Please double-check the version, and provide exactly where you see the device showing as unknown.

hi Clarke

ooops....It is 2.6.that was a typo :)

Actually Iam using LMS 2.6 and VMS 2.3

Are they installed on the same server?

Hi Clarke,

Both are running on different servers. LMS with Win 2003R2 OS and VMS in Win 2000.

All my 7200, 3500, 2900 series are being discovered properly , but the 5300 devices are being discovered as unknown devices.

Okay, good. the two cannot be installed on the same server, and doing so would definitely have messed things up. You still have not said exactly where these 5300 devices are showing as unknown. A screenshot would be helpful.

Hi clarke..

Iam sending you a some screen shots. Hope it helps.
