HI
I have a problem with EPN Manager 5.1.4.
I have four ASR 9006 installed in EPNM.
Two of these, in chassis view, are seen complete, while the other two are not.
All four are configured with the same snmp parameters.
What can be ?

I am attaching two screeshots for you to understand better.
Thank you all.

Hello @vin.marco

Do you have checked EPN Manager logs ?

If not, please check the EPN Manager logs for any errors or warnings related to the devices that are not showing up in the chassis view. The logs might provide more information about the issue and help you troubleshoot the problem.

Thank you
but where can I see the EPN manager logs?

regards

@vin.marco

The EPN Manager logs can be found in the EPNM server's filesystem. The exact location of the logs depends on the operating system and the installation directory of EPNM.

Here are some common paths where EPNM logs can be found:

  • Linux: /opt/Cisco/epnm/logs
  • Windows: C:\Program Files\Cisco\EPNM-5.1.4\logs

You can access the logs by logging in to the EPNM server and navigating to the log directory using a command-line interface or a file explorer.

Best regards
