ASR-920-12SZ-IM Boot failed restarting

Hi every one.

I have a ASR920 that is continuous on rebooting. For some extrange reason it says there's no SDcard, but o have tested the SD on another ASR and it works, also i have inserted a SD of a working ASR and the boot log keeps saying there's no SD Card.

Also i'm unable to get to ROMMON (not able to break the startup), so that i could work around and boot from a USB Flash or from TFTP server.

We had a power failure and the switch got crazy, after what i took the opportunnity to upgrade the firmware like i have made on many other equipments after some failure...and there started the nightmare.  

I've attached the file with message error.

Unfortunately not possible to solve. the workaround would be good if i
could break startup, entering ROMMON but is over and over on reboot.

No solution, no workaround since reset button does nothing and break (Teraterm, putty, etc.,) does not take effect and cannot access to Rommon.

         - Try to remove the SD-card and or  re-seat it.
