ASR9000 XR7.5.2 model-driven telemetry blocks "intf_mgbl" process

We noticed that when we enable model-driven telemetry on ASR9k (7.5.2) the output of the command "show int desc" is blocked and it takes a long time to appear.

At the same time the process "intf_mgbl" is blocked.

Is this a known issue?
