Backup Failed for cisco 5508 using Prime 2.2

I have configured Prime 2.2 to backup our 5508 WLC 

The backup runs and just ends with Backup Failed 

I have seen the bug alert and increased the SNMP timeout for the WLC to 30 seconds with no joy

I also run debug transfer tftp enable during the backup with no results

Prime 2.2.0.0.158

I have resolved this now - the issue was I was configured to use the internal FTP server on Prime but this was disabled -
