Hi folks,

Our C3850 is not properly detected in Cisco Business Dashboard.

The dashboard has the credentials, there is a SNMP V2C RO string in place know by the dashboard, cdp is enabled, lldp is enabled.

Do you know how I could get it properly recognized ?

Thanks !

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

The CDB has no access to the Cisco servers since this is a closed industrial restricted environement.

I have never played with ACLs before. Do I have to allow something to get it identified in the CDB ?

Thanks

 - I thought  Cisco Business Dashboard focuses on small business devices , not sure your device is supported :

That could be the explanation indeed...

Thanks!
