C3850-NM-4-1G on WS-C3850-48T missing from CNA 6.3 front panel view

Hi everyone,

I am trying to monitor the status of a network of some C3850-48t switches. I have put a C3850-NM-4-1G fiber modules with 2 SFPs on each of the C3850 switches to form a ring using STP. The topology view on the CNA 6.3 looks good but the C3850-NM-4-1G modules are missing from the front panel view which the client wants to see in order to monitor the status of the fiber connections.

Any solution or suggest is welcome. Thank you very much.

I've seen the same thing on a couple of deployments. I think it's a bug (or maybe unsupported module) on CNA.

I've never opened a case on it. You might try opening a TAC case against the switch itself since the data sheets indicate that CNA supports these switches.
