I am not able to raise a TAC case for router with  SN FDO2743M038. Could you please assit me on priority with 1X and 4X Network Interface Module installation.

Do we require downtime for this activity??

Do we need to upgrade the switch if it currently running on IOS  Version 17.6.3a
