I'm using Callhome functionality and I'm receiving alerts with following info:

My question is specific for the field 'Created'. Is this an epoch timestamp? If yes, when I convert this timestamp it brings me to

Who can explain to me how comes I'm receiving 'old records' ?
The date on the related leaf is correct.
I'm using APIC Version: 3.2(4e) and related leaf version 13.2(4e)
