Campus Manager 5.2.2 Application error: SQL Anywhere Error -143: Column 'Device' not found.

When pulling information through Campus Manger, User Tracking and pulling Device or Device Name for IP Phones, the following error is generated.

"Application error: SQL Anywhere Error -143: Column 'DeviceName' not found.".

All othe functions work.

Any suggestions?

Hi William,

Hav you installed any Device packages for Campus Manager ?. If yes, kindly try deleting it and then restart the daemon manager again with the command :-

net stop crmdmgtd

net start crmdmgtd (wait for 20 minutes before logging to CiscoWorks)

Also, kindly share the pdshow output along with ani.log

did you get the error when you created a custom reports for IP Phone using the Report Designer? If not, please explain how you pulled the information.

There has been no changes, this is from pulling a User Tracking Report, Quick Report for IP Phones. If you use anything other than Device and Device Name, information is there, to include information in the Device and Device Name columns. So the information is in the database. The error occurs whrn you try to pull information using Device or Device Name. Pulling reports this way has worked with no issues in the past.
