The field "Port Name" in the User Tracking End Hosts report is mostly empty.
Approximately 950 of the 16000 records show the port description set on the switches.
Any idea what could cause this?
The version of Campus Manager used is 5.0.2. The older version 4.0.10 worked just fine.

This sounds like CSCsm48328. Campus Manager 5.1 due out this summer will fix this.

Hi,
Can you tell me if the CM 5.1 app is in the LMS 3.1 package (to be released 1 july 2008)?
And which versions of the other apps are in there?

LMS 3.1 will include RME 4.2, Campus Manager 5.1, DFM 3.1, and IPM 4.1.

No. I do not see a point patch for this bug.

Hi,
Our customer has installed the fix for CSCsm48328 given by the tac, but 3750 and 2960 switch have always the same issue, we can't see port name on UT.
Customer has istalled campus 5.0.2 + patch CSCsm48328.

I don't know what patch was provided to you, but typically patches need to be applied on top of the latest shipping version (5.0.3 in this case). I would follow up with the engineer who provided you this patch.
