Hi community,
My Cisco PI got into stack.
I have a bootstrap template that is applied to the PnP Profile.
The problem is that I can't delete neither of them.
Cisco PI does not allow to delete the PnP Profile, because there is Profile Instance which can't find the applied template.
But the template exists and the system blocks any changes.
Can you please advice any ways to solve this issue?
Any ideas how to delete the PnP profiles or change its associating with the template?
Thanks in advance!

- As an in illlustration I found similiar issues in the links below ; as usual check your current prime version. If possible upgrade to the latest release and check whether this issue persists.

You are hitting into following defect:
CSCvg09080 Prime Infrastructure 3.2 Deviceid column in apicpnpstatus not unique
Please raise TAC case, as we can perform DB script to delete the unique stale PnP profile from PnP db table.
