Can't log into RV325's SSH CLI, "Permission denied"

I enabled SSH access under Firewall/General. I can connect via SSH as far as being allowed to try to log in, but even though I'm absolutely sure I'm using my correct username and password, all I ever get is "Permission denied" when I try to connect.

I tried creating a new, additional user in the "Supervisor" group, but trying to log in as that user didn't help.

Is there something I'm missing here about how to access the CLI? My RV325 has firmware v1.2.1.14 installed.
