Hello Team,

I got a problem after installing CISCO PI [CISCO-Prime-PI-VA-3.3.0.0.342], I installed it on VMware Workstation as a trial version. I can access it normally through CLI, but GUI doesn't work. Noting that I get the below outputs.

CISCO-Prime/prime# ncs status

sh: /opt/CSCOlumos/bin/wcsadmin.sh: No such file or directory

CISCO-Prime/prime#

CISCO-Prime/prime#

CISCO-Prime/prime# show application

CISCO-Prime/prime# show disks

disk: 1% used (184332 of 45380656)

temp. space 2% used (35848 of 2031952)

Internal filesystems:

all internal filesystems have sufficient free space

Sarah

 - I don't think prime is supported on VMWARE Workstation ; you need at least ESX(i) ; check the links below :

    - When looking at the Quick Start Guide goto 'Minimum server requirements'

 - The 'no such file or directory' shouldn;t happen ; re-install it again and or verify compatibility with the VMWARE version used.
