Cannot view device configs in RME or device center

I am having a problem viewing device configs I'm getting a page cannot be displayed error also the directory for the shadow configs does not exist on the server.

\CSCOpx\files\rme\archive\shadow

there is no shadow directory. What can I do to fix this?

You need to make sure the shadow directory is enabled under RME > Admin > Config Mgmt > Archive Settings. As for the other problem, without a specific error, I cannot say what is wrong.

I resolved the problem by deleting all the devices in RME and re-adding them. I can now pull up the configs and the shadow directory I was looking in the wrong place, it is fully populated now.
