Cant access to my access point

i have acees point tp-link 840n this access in vlan 8 i can reach to my access from the same vlan but i canot reach from another vlan my configuration in access point i disabled dhcp and put static ip for mange and put gateway of vlan 8

from where (which Vlan) can you not reach the TP-Link, and where (on which device) is the inter-Vlan routing configured ?

AP IN vlan8 and i try reach from vlan12 and intervlan routing enabled
