CCO credentials do not work within Cisco Prime 3.1

Greetings, 

  Whenever I attempt to use my CCO credentials from within CPI 3.1 it fails. This means I cannot pull down images from Cisco, I cannot open support tickets, etc.. There is no proxy involved and the credentials are correct (the issue was verified with multiple members of the team).

  Has anyone run into this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?
