Hi frends,

I have download one image from cisco.com. now LMS has saved that CCO login default(mean now i try to download than it take same id). Plz tell me how can i change or remove this ID?

Go to Common Services - Admin - Security - Cisco.com User Account Setup

you should see your CCO ID and password entered there and can remove it and apply the change

Hi daviston,

Yes it works. actually i hav removed but i think it takes time to remove b'se at that day it was logging through same id.Anyways thanks a lot.
