CCP Discovery - NM-CUE-EC module has been reloaded

Good afternoon everyone,

I am trying to use Cisco Configuration Professional with a 2800. The following message is logged in Discovery Details whenever discovering the device:

NM-CUE-EC module has been reloaded. Please discover the device after the reload is complete.

Is there something I need to do to complete the reload, since this message is not going away on it's own?

Any and all assistance greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue with an ISM on a 2921 running CUE 8.5.1 and CCP 2.5.  Were you able to get this issue resolved?

I encountered this same issue, and was able to resolve it by NOT checking "secure access" on the Community Setup page where you enter the user name and password.
