Hi my Friend,

You should try loading the IOS on a USB flash drive and force the router to boot via USB.

You can also feel it from Xmodem mode:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/4400/hardware/installation/guide4400-4300/C4400_isr/rommon.html

Hi Edwin. thank you for your help.

I search for Xmodem command but I could not find the xmodem command.

Hi

There is no "copy" command.

I have only this commands:

rommon 2 > ?
alias
boot
confreg
dev
dir
help
history
meminfo
repeat
reset
set
showmon
sync
token
unalias
unset

If the "media drive" cannot be detected, then doing xmodem or booting from USB is of no use. At the end of the day, the router is royally "turfed".
No point fixing it but organize for an RMA.

Post the complete output to the command "dir bootflash:".

Hi Leo.

thank you for answer.

rommon 10 > dir bootflash:
media drive bootflash: not present

How about "dir flash:"?

rommon 12 > dir flash:
media drive flash: not present

RMA the appliance.

Hi Ateyi

You are encountering the error due to a bug below

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvg37458/?rfs=iqvred

Issue boot command on rommon mode - It will boot with the available ios on the flash.

Once it boots, you need to upgrade the firmware to the unaffected like release 16.9(1r).

Alex,
It is not a bug. The router is loaded with SD-WAN firmware.

How to enter privileged mode in ROMMON ?

rommon 16 > priv
the priv mode is not enabled

I dont think there is a priv mode on rommon. It has to boot on an image then you can go to priv mode. Issue boot command.
