After inserting a RSP720-3C-10GE in module 6 and runing the show module command display the following :

what is the meaning of the UnKnown on the oline diag status ?

Hi Paul,

Can you try console into the module 6? You need to see what condition is it in. this might be an indication of bad hardware or RSP stuck in Rommon. To confirm, you need to access the module through console. If you dont get anything on cosole, you might have to re-seat the module once.

If it is in Rommon and you cant boot it up manually, you might need to open a TAC case for this.
