Hi,
We have a problem with one of our offices in the remote side. It appears to me a congestion issue. We installed phones over there along with Cisco router (Cisco 887) and they are registered on cloud PBX. Our ISP gave 100 Mb ADSL link (Dialer interface). The same link is used for Data traffic as well. In peak times they have complained for poor call quality. Now I have to deploy some QoS on outgoing interface that data should not impact calls. What I did is mark the traffic with IP address of PBX and allocate it the 75% bandwidth (On Demand basis). My configurations details are mentioned below. I tested it and it doesnt seems to be worked.
In-fact data traffic is also disturbed, can any one help in that ?
