Cisco 9300-24T SFP-10G-ER not detected

Hi Friends.

          Cisco 9300-24T switch is not detecting the SFP-10G-ER.

IOS Version: 16.12.4

service unsupported-transceiver is enabled

error disable detect cause gbic-invaild is disabled

Even the SFP module is not showing when show interface transceivers. 

Suggestion's are most welcome.

what uplink module you have ? is this a Cisco SFP ? if not try below :

Uplink module is Cisco C9300 NM-8X and SFP is Cisco SFP-10G-ER.

I tried below cmd still its not detecting.

post the complete logs when you installing SFP

also check the compatible matrix : (i did not find it supported in Cat 9300 - some data may be wrong?)
