Cisco ace Lb is not responding after adding to LMS 4.0

Hi experts,

                I am trying to add the Cisco ACE loadbalancer to the LMS 4.0 for monitoring. we have two ACE ie A/B. Previous engineer has added ACE-A, but left ACE-B... I have followed ACE-A SNMP config Community strings etc all and applied on ACE-B.

I have added ACE-B with my super admin credentials and it shows clearly in the device list. At the same time, I get two error messages,

a) Operationally down

b) Unresponsive

Note: That when I try to synchronize the ACE-B, then it does not appear in the device list, with an error message, device not found.

Also when adding the ACE-B, it ask for user name/password and then enable password, what credentials is it asking ? I provide my LMS super admin password.

ACE-A is working fine no issue.
