we have this issue which is really frustrating.

when the user is not connected with any Wired (LAN Cable) with laptop, while the cisco anyconnect is connected with WiFi. The NAM is automatically switches to wired (LAN Cable) disconnect the wifi. finding a difficult time to sort this out as there is no LAN cable connected it is happening. Below are the steps we did

1. Updated the drivers.

2. upgraded the cisco anyconnect to 4.10.06 version

3. replaced the laptop with fresh image

4. did a network repair

5. under the network adapter disabled the iPv6 for wifi, ciscoanyconnect.

can anyone help with some solutions or suggestion please

this may not be caused by Anyconnect/NAM
inspect your domain-policies (GPO's) to check LAN connection is not enforced here

on a windows workstation you may find info in the wlanreport file

Open a command prompt  with admin privileges' and issue the command:
    netsh wlan show wlanreport
then open and analyze the information in the file:
     C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WlanReport\wlan-report.latest.html
