Cisco Business Switch 350 Fiber Module

We just installed a Business 350 switch, but are having some issues getting a fiber module installed. The LINK light is blinking, but it's a steady blink rather than the typical activity blink. Is there any port configuration that I'm missing? I'm fairly new to networking so I'm a bit confused. If I need to grab more info let me know!

- Check the logs on the CBS350 , meaning disconnect it and connect it again and then check the logs (to have the recent info's)
