I would like to ask if Cisco Catalyst 3750 can support two ISP Failover or Load-Balancing. TIA....

HI there,

Yes, the 3750 supports BGP, but you would need to buy an IP Services Licence.

It is such an old platform, EOL'd a long time ago, I'd be surprised if you could still purchase a license for it.
