Cisco Configuration Professional error message

Hello!

I would like to test this application but, after the start on main window I become the following error message:

"An internal error has occurred. Cisco CP will shutdown.

Restart Cisco CP and discover the devices again."

And than:

"Internal error: Failed to load resource file URL information for the Wireless application launch. error : HTTP request error"

The OS is Windows XP SP2 and I tried with IE 6 and 7.

What can be the problem?

Please make sure that the PC being used meets the minimum requires for

using Cisco CP. Specifically the Java Runtime version needs to JRE

1.5.0_11.

Hi!

The problem is solved, I had an old 1.4 java version, updated to 1.6.

I deinstalled java complitely and reinstalled the latest version.
