Hi everyone.
I've been having some issues with my DPC3828D since last week, and I think searched everywhere for a solution but I didn't get any luck. Before I describe the issue I wanna give you a little context. I'm from Argentina, and my ISP's customer service is awful, I had no internet for about a week now and they say that tech support will be arriving in about a week from now. I can't wait that long since I use internet for work so I tried almost everything to solve the problem but I was not able to come up with a solution yet.
The issue: Last week I woke up for work and I noticed that all the LEDs except the power one were off. I thought it was an issue with the signal, so I rebooted the unit and took off for work. When I came home found that the issue persisted, no lights on except for the power one, so I rebooted the router a few more times without any luck, after a while I decided to perform a factory reset. I changed the SSID and the password and the router began working again for about two days but then the same issue started bothering again, no lights except the power one on. That was 2 days ago and today morning I decided to reboot the router again to see what it would happen and when I plugged the power in, all the lights flashed for like half a second before going off again, I tried rebooting it a few more times but all I get is a half a second LED flash and that's it, I left it plugged in all day long but not a single light has turned on since morning, also I get no WI-FI signal and if I try to access the router config page via ethernet (192.168.0.1) I get a page saying that the page can't be reached or that I have no internet. I'm out of ideas, I don't know what else to do, and I can't seem to find anything online related to this issue with the DPC3828D that I'm having, this is my last shot, so if no one here has an answer I guess I'll have to wait another week without Internet until tech support comes to my home and replaces the router.
Thanks a lot for reading and if you have any clues of what might be going on please do share.

- Get a permanent native console connected and watch for errors during the boots and or during the short periods that it remains operational.
