Cisco LMS 4.2.2 Password Recovery issues

Hi a customer has LMS 4.2.2 on a soft appliance, and has forgotten his admin password. I tried a password recovery from the ISO but it fails "Failed to Mount Drive Partitions" which does point to a bug CSCtx08080.But this should only be for LMS version 4.2.1 and was suppose to be fixed in 4.2.2.

Does anyone have any ideas.

Hi ,

Regarding the  bug ,you are correct  the fixed releases were the 4.(2) it seems that it should be fix for your release, this tells us that that unfortunately you are having some issues with your partition and the vm itself, you may need to a redeployment due to this partition issue we might face issues.
