Cisco LMS 4.2.5 - topology issue

Hi,

I am using Cisco LMS 4.2.5. But I am facing a problem that, whenever a device or link fails - it is not automatically get reflected in topology. If I close and reopen topology service the failure appears. Where is the settings for making it automatic ? Do I need to change any polling settings?

Topology is updated based on Critical Device Poller and Data Collection. However is not a real time monitoring tool, for it to reflect the changes you will need to close it and open it again, that is not a java compatibility problem or a LMS problem, that is how LMS is designed.
