Cisco NAC - Not able to reset AD password

Hi Gurus

 

Have anyone encountered the issue where users are not able to reset their AD password (after it expired) on a port configured with Cisco NAC?

Users are able to reset on a port without NAC configured.

Is there any limitation in NAC or if NAC block any user AD status or if NAC will drop the traffic if AD status is not active?
