I am looking for a tool that can discover network and give connectivity layout (drawing) between cisco active components and other related information ?? .

Also, depending on the size and type of equipment, you can use the freee Cisco Network Assistant (CNA) tool.

Some people have reported liking the open source tool wktools although I haven't had a chance to try it.
