When attempting to export devices(either all or using filter) I'm prompted for a file password, create file PW, then whether I OPEN, save, or save as, I'm unable to use open the file...I get an error message "'Error 0x80004005: Unspecified Error'"
Tried different physical clients, different client OS, web browser, version of Excel....All the same results....
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The export is an encrypted zipped csv file. The native Windows explorer does not handle encrypted zip files well.
Try using 7-zip (freeware) to extract.
I just did it successfully on my lab server.
