Cisco PI 2.2.3 Administration > System Settings empty

After upgrade from PI 2.1 to PI 2.2.3 and everything working fine for a couple of hours. The Administration > System Settings section doesn't give any options to change anything. It shows the selections, but the information for each link just shows a blank white screen.

I recall something similar happened to me once..I would try few different browsers first?

Same problem running pi223_Update_05-1.ubf

Tried IE 11, FireFox 47, Chrome 51 - all exhibit same problem

Tried ncs stop/start - problem persists...

Did you find a solution for this problem? I got the same problem with Update 06.
