Hi guys, i have this problem, PI Top N interface utilization does not graph, As a workaround we upgraded to version 3.10.6, but it continues in the same way without showing data.-

Version: 3.10.2

Installed Updates
Critical Fixes
PI 3.10.2 System Patch <> 1.0.5
PI 3.10.6 Maintenance Release <> 4.0.0
PI 3.10.6 System Patch <> 1.0.0

Hey pablo its difficult one to tackle but you can try these two steps and I hope it will help. Check that the SNMP configuration is correctly set up on the monitored devices, as Prime Infrastructure relies on SNMP data for interface utilization metrics.

Additionally, check if your PI license supports the required features, as certain functionalities may be limited depending on the license type. It's also important to verify the compatibility of the devices being monitored with the version of Prime Infrastructure you are using.
