Cisco Prime 1.3 with very high CPU

I'm running Cisco Prime 1.3 Small deployment in VM 5.1

I see Prime using 8.5Ghz of CPU all the time and I think that is odd. All I have is Prime pulling data from 8 WLCs which have about 500 APs.

Is that normal?!

Here is what I got from the top command:

Java is eating the processors, is that a common thing?! any fixes?
