Hi Team,
We are running with Cisco prime appliance(hardware)2.1 version and we found many bugs in the versions.
so we planned to upgrade the Prime appliance to 2.2 version .and we have taken the prime appliance back in the local drive of the disk of the device.
Suggest us...... Is it safe for going for the upgrade without retrieving the appliance back up from the (disk ) device to the laptop.
We have taken the running configuration and the start up configuration . Is it good enough for going for the upgrade to the next version.
Also we have integrated round 2600+plus in the prime. whether all the devices will be same as before upgradation?

Hi TD,
I would suggest you to take both the backup ::
Application and appliance backups
Prime Infrastructure creates two types of backups:
refer the below links::

Thanks-
Afroz
