Cisco Prime 2.2.0 - long guest account creation

Hi,

After I installed Cisco Prime 2.2 I have a problem with the creation of the guest account via Lobby ambassador portal. Normally add one account takes few sec, now after I click "Save" it takes more then 1,5 minutes. Any one have the same issue and know how to resolve it?

Hi Gunter,

I have not seen people reporting this issue , are you see delay in response on other features as well on Prime after upgrading to installation PI 2.2 ?
 

I would suggest to restart the server once and observe the issue

Yes, I see that finding anything on prime (user, MAC, device) takes more time then before the upgrade, other issue I see is that AP templates are not working so for example I cannot change HA settings on all APs in one time.

I did restart because of the issue with the NFS backups but this not helped.
