Hi,
In PI, I don't want to receive alarm such as "Port 'GigabitEthernet2/0/14' (Description: ' ## To-bureau Yasser
Elhafsi ##') is down on device '10.10.44.242'. " !
So I set "logging trap 3" in the catalyst switch but it stills shown in alarm's window!
Any help please!

if that user port i will not monitor send traps, do only for uplinks is good practice.

not a config setting in Prime, but config change on the switch
for all user-ports configure
interface Gigabit a/b/c
no logging event link-status
do this by hand or by pushing template from Prime to switch

In General we use only Uplink ports where they are critical reports to diaganosis, rest of the user connected ports not that critical and user ports can device remove and connect you get turns of mesages from device.
you can push the config end device each port not to send trap for the Link up and down.
