Cisco Prime (3.7.0) AP (Unified) report with downtime

Hi,

Have looked under the Report Launch Pad but can't find any report suitable, I'm looking for a report where you can see name of the AP the location and health (down/up) and for how long downtime for the AP (Unified), and get the report generated for like the last month.

Have found a report under alarms and one for every radio but for this purpose it's not suitable, more looking for like:

name             location                    Status   

AP-01             Moon              Down for 2 weeks

Apologies as this isn't a fix for your query but rather an added question of a similar nature

We have PRIME v3.10 running for a certain customer

They are migrating away to a Meraki based wireless solution and current we have over 3000 APs on PRIME showing as 'Not Registered'

Is there any way to run a report focusing on Not Registered APs still in the PRIME inventory
