Cisco Prime 3.7 no IP of some clients

Hello,

Does anyone know how Cisco Prime discovers the IPs of the clients? I have a lot of wired clients that detect the MAC but not the IP. It seems that only detect the IP of the client with DHCP serer enabled.

as i recall you need to manually re-claim and re-name the device if that device not resolving.
