Cisco Prime 3.x. Alarm Status. Auto-clear from the device not working.

Good afternoon, everybody.
Installed Cisco PI 3.0 (Build 3.0.0.0.78) + patch PI 3.0.2 Update 02

According to the instruction, if the alarm triggered, after the elimination of the conditions of occurrence of alarm notification is cleansed.

A cleared alarm can involve any of the following:
• Auto-clear from the device—The fault is resolved on the device and an event is triggered for the device.
For example, a device-reachable event clears a device-unreachable event. This, in turn, clears the
device-unreachable alarm.

But in fact, the notification is not cleared on the main page (dashboard).

Can anyone help with this problem?
