Cisco Prime 899G LTE router shows as "Unsupported Cisco Device"

I have Cisco Prime 3.1 with Device Pack 16. This device pack is supposed to support the 899G LTE router, but when I search for it in Prime, the device type shows up as "Unsupported Cisco Device". Has anyone else run into this issue?
