Running 3.8 and cannot get configurations out of 5550 (timeout) and 5506-X (could not enter ENABLE mode on device).
Devices are monitored properly.

first check the supported device-list and supported IOS version for Prime
Cisco Prime Infrastructure - Compatibility Information - Cisco
if your device/IOS version is not listed you may need to install an additional device-pack
or your Prime version and ASA version do not match and you need to upgrade your ASA first

- Also , if problems persist , remove the device(s) from Prime and re-enter but press Verify Credentials first.
